A system log, abridged

The short version: I like taking complicated systems, understanding them properly, and making them feel simple. I've done that as an engineer at SAP, as a founder at INTEGRTR, and in most things I build on the side.

    SAP Labs. Front-end engineer on SAP HR Renewal, then product expert for Fiori Launchpad Designer.

  3. 2015explore

    SAP High Potential fellowship in Germany. IoT prototypes, D-Shop workshops, first taste of teaching.

  4. 2017fork

    Left SAP in the first week of January. Started INTEGRTR, co-founded fintech CashPositive the same year.

  5. 2019scale

    INTEGRTR GmbH opens in Germany. The team starts growing across two continents.

  6. 2020give_back

    Mask for All. 20,000+ masks made by local artisans, donated at the peak of the first lockdown.

  7. 2025learn

    AI, hands-on. Agents, RAG pipelines, and weekend-long coding sessions with Claude.

  8. nowrun

    Teaching hybrid HR landscapes to understand intent, not just move data.
